Abstract

Sinonasal inverted papilloma is a rare locally aggressive benign tumour having high propensity for reccurence and association with synchronous and metachronous malignancies. Literatures were reviewed. CTScan and or MRI are mandatory for extent and diagnosis of tumour. Endoscopic medial maxillectomy have been found to have better results (less recurrence rate), however, total excision with normal tissue is necessary to prevent recurrence.
