Immunoglobulin G4-related disease is a fibro-inflammatory condition rarely involving the laryngotracheal tract. We present a 55-year-old female with progressive dyspnoea and voice change, with findings of subglottic stenosis, diagnosed as Immunoglobulin G4-related disease. This case highlights the importance of having a high index of suspicion in the diagnosis of the condition.
